Well, we kept at it and good thing because later in the day she was sitting up front saying, "Go faster! Go faster! I want to be in the air!" Ah...kids.
Gretchen is our fish out of water. She wanted to jump out and swim, touch the ducks, and have her face in the wind. When we all went swimming the girls were super! Charlotte took turns swimming to everybody all by herself...trying to perfect the doggie paddle. First in her life jacket then her water wings. Gretchen thought the lake was the best thing in the world! I wish I would have gotten a photo of them in the water. However, I think my camera went overboard, courtesy of Gretchen, but I'm unsure as I didn't see it happen. I can't find our little camera. Total bummer...

But it was a really fun day. The kids were perfect on the car ride over and slept all the way home. We got in the car at 4 p.m. and Gretchen was asleep before we even pulled out of the parking lot. What a trooper these kids are! And, no sun burns to report!

Hooray, no burns! My girl is really fair-skinned so any day she doesn't get burned is a good day.
