product review: fresh pet

Today I'm giving you my first product review. Griffin received a big box of fresh treats in the mail from Freshpet and good thing too, because with two kids in the house, he definitely needs some extra TLC.

Freshpet is the only company providing fresh, refrigerated pet food in grocery and pet speciality stores nationwide. Founded in 2006 by pet lovers and pet-food-industry professionals, Freshpet identified an opportunity in the pet-food market and introduced fresh food as a health alternative to dry or canned food.

Griffin had the opportunity to test out the new Dog Joy Read-To-Bake cookies in peanut butter & oatmeal and cranberry recipes. Needles to say, he loved them!

If you are a busy mom like me, this is the perfect way to give your dog some fresh, health snacks. I've made cookies for Griffin before and this was so much easier! You bake them just like human cookies! Stick them on the cookie sheet and bake away!

With being so healthy I was ready to give Griffin the whole batch (but didn't). You don't have to go out of your way to purchase these either. There are over 25 locations in Milwaukee that carry Freshpet products. That's right, pick it up at the grocery store when you are shopping for yourself!

My girls were ready to gobble these up! I had to remind her they were cookies for Griffin!
