more charity work

Everybody loves an easy project. Really, complete something in one sitting? It's virtually unheard of in the quilting world? And what better than to help some more people out and spreading the love and a little hope.

If you don't follow Amanda Jean at CrazyMomQuilts, you need to! What's even cooler is that she's from Wisconsin too! She's a big supporter of  Margaret's Hope Chest and has passed along an opportunity for quilters to give a little something. On August 25th they are planning a sewing party to sew all these ragged square blocks (so easy!!) together for donation.

You can visit HERE for more instruction. They need to monochromatic blocks because rainbow quilts will be made from them. I'll also be making a grey one to send since that's the least donated color.

What are you waiting for!! Get rid of that stash and go help!
